Description: Due to the dangerously frigid temperatures, and the snow, HOPE 4 Youth will open at 11:00 AM every day for the week of January 28 thru February 1st as a “Warming Station”. Youth 23 and under are welcome.

Anoka County Libraries

All libraries will open at 10 am every morning to help with the cold snap. Here is the schedule:

  • Monday 10a-8pm
  • Tuesday 10a – 6pm (Northtown, Blaine and Rum River will remain open til 8pm)
